Welcome to Uinqo, a brand owned and operated by Jetboosters Lda, a company registered in Portugal under company number PT518295575, with its registered office at Rua Mouzinho de Albuquerque 49A, 1º Esq, 2830-290 Barreiro, Portugal (“Jetboosters”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Uinqo website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Uinqo is a digital business card and networking platform that allows users to create, share, and manage digital profiles via QR codes, NFC, and links, with additional features including custom domains, AI-assisted follow-ups, listing widgets, and companion wearable apps.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@uinqo.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Uinqo offers free and paid subscription tiers (Individual, Professional, and organization tiers including Starter, Business, and Enterprise).

4.1 Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) through the payment method associated with your account — which may include Apple’s In-App Purchase system, Google Play Billing, Stripe, or SSLCommerz, depending on your platform and region.

4.2 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase, unless the price has changed and you have been notified as required by Apple.

4.3 Managing and Canceling. Subscriptions purchased via the App Store can be managed or canceled through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Uinqo does not process cancellations of Apple-billed subscriptions directly.

4.4 No Refunds. Except where required by law or by Apple’s own refund policies, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

4.5 Price Changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply no earlier than your next billing cycle, and we (or Apple, for App Store subscriptions) will provide notice as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Jetboosters Lda and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your profile information), and grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) for sign-in and other features. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party’s own terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; instructions for account and data deletion are available at our Data Deletion Request page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetboosters Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version will always be available on this page, with a revised “Last Updated” date.
